Karaoke Discs Only
UK
All orders placed for karaoke discs, whether on the phone or placed on-line are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This is a very quick service and usually takes 24-48 hours to be delivered (if in stock); a signature will sometimes be required upon delivery. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within 48 hours, so please allow at least 10 working days before contacting us.

If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order and would have to be ordered in from our suppliers, which can occasionally take up to several weeks to arrive. On rare occasions an item may no longer be available, and the order will have to be cancelled. For this we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

International
International orders for discs only are subject to a £5 delivery charge and timescales really depend on the destination, but orders going to Europe generally take around 1 week & orders going to the USA between 1-2 weeks.

Equipment
UK
All equipment & disc orders that are either too heavy or too higher value to send with Royal Mail, we will send with our dedicated couriers. This is normally a next day service so if your item is in stock you can expect to receive it in 1-2 working days.


Please note, the “IN STOCK” or "Available" Label on our items does not guarantee availabilty in our Guildford showroom, we have huge ammounts of stock avaialable from various locations so please call before travelling to us to confirm availability.

International
All international orders for equipment are subject to an additional delivery charge. The cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination it is going to, please add your items to the shopping basket & select your country of delivery for a price. If your country is not listed please contact us for a shipping quote

Returns

Any orders that arrive to a customer either broken or damaged need to be reported to us immediately. Only after our technical department have inspected the goods can a replacement, credit note or refund be issued. Defective returns can only be refunded if reported within two weeks of received date.

Please note because we don't charge anything for delivery we have a back to base warranty policy, this means our warranty does not cover postage costs to have the goods returned back to us. We can have goods collected from you but at an extra cost of £18 per box up to 30KG for mainland UK.

If you change your mind and no longer want an item we will be happy to take it back, but only if returned to us within two weeks of received date and in unopened, immaculate condition. Refunds will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

When ordering Karaoke discs please be aware that these are designed for Karaoke and not as backing tracks. All tracks are a professional remake of the original, and a lot of songs contain backing vocals. When ordering Karaoke discs, we only allow them to be returned for a refund if they are faulty. Not being happy with the quality or version of the track is not a suitable reason for a return.
