Shopping Information


Delivery Details (Discs Only)

All single disc orders are subject to a £1.50 delivery charge, (this includes the latest Sunfly free disc offer) order two or more discs and delivery is FREE. Applies to a UK mainland address only.

All orders placed for karaoke discs, whether on the phone or placed on-line are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This is a very quick service and usually takes 24-48 hours to be delivered (if in stock); a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within 48 hours, so we can only issue another copy of the order or refund after 20 days.

If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order and would have to be ordered in from our suppliers, which can occasionally take up to several weeks to arrive. On rare occasions an item may no longer be available, and the order will have to be cancelled. For this we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

International orders for 1-5 discs are subject to a £5 delivery charge, if the order is for more than 4 discs we will contact you with a delivery cost.




Delivery Details (Equipment)

All equipment & disc orders that are either too heavy or too higher value to send with Royal Mail, we send with Parceline. Any parcels up to 30kg are subject to an £10 delivery charge, any parcels over 30kg (such as large speakers) we will contact you with a delivery cost before sending.

All international orders for equipment are subject to an additional delivery charge. The cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination it is going to, we will contact you with a delivery cost before sending.

Returns

Any orders that arrive to a customer either broken or damaged need to be reported to us immediately. Only after our technical department have inspected the goods can a replacement, credit note or refund be issued. Defective returns will only be refunded if reported within a reasonable time after the date of invoice.

When ordering Karaoke discs please be aware that these are designed for Karaoke and not as backing tracks. All tracks are a professional remake of the original, and a lot of songs contain backing vocals. When ordering Karaoke discs, we only allow them to be returned for a refund if they are faulty. Not being happy with the quality or version of the track is not a suitable reason for a return

Complaints

We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to complain about any matter please email Ian Oates at karaoke@sessionmusic.co.uk. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive an acknowledgement within 5 (five) working days whilst we work to resolve your complaint.
