Kam's kav1300 is a slimline, 1u rack mountable mixer with video switching and a whole host of impressive dsp effect features. Excellent for expanding any sound system into a professional karaoke set-up, the kav1300 has a total of 8 microphone inputs, 6 of which have independent level controls. 4 audio and 4 video inputs mean that the unit can also be used as an a/v switcher and master control console. For karaoke and performance purposes, the kav1300 has built-in reverb with customisable parameters that allow the vocals to sit perfectly in a mix. It also has a mic input 'exciter' for the brightening of vocals. And rather impressively, these even a feedback eliminator, which automatically removes nasty frequencies that can arise from a multiple microphone set-up. A remote control is also supplied, which can only add to the versatility of the kav1300 in live performance.
