The FBT Pickup range is a decisive evolution of a range that implements the traditional features of flexibility, compactness, and affordability of this remarkable line. Utilizing an all steel mixer chassis, the Pickup Series Mixers are available in 6, 8, 10 and 16-channel models, all equipped with internal 24 bit processor with 16 effect selections. Powered versions feature built-in 100 +100W (4 Ohm) or 250 + 250W (4 Ohm) amplifiers.
The Pickup Series Mixers feature SMT engineering incorporating very high quality miniaturized components:
Alps™ rotary and slide potentiometers with anti dust protection Neutrik™ XLR and Speakon connectors, super low-noise integrated circuits, and input preamps with extended dynamic range. To optimize sound quality, the switching power supplies are mounted externally although physically connected to the main body of the mixer for easy transport and handling.
Output stages and switching power supplies mounted externally to the mixer: provides elimination of the typical hum and interference associated with conventional mixers equipped with internal power supply units and output stages: easier handling (just one unit to transport and connect); superb quality with reduced size and weight ease of use: the installation solution for the output stages and power supply units means that they function as a convenient lectern support for the mixer.
