It is Session Music's policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.

The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party. We may sometimes email you with details of details of any important news or special offers. Supply
We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web Pages in speedy fashion, most orders are despatched same day and arrive with our customers in only a few working days. On the rare occasion we are unable to despatch the item immediately we will contact you with regular updates as to when you can expect to receive your order. Guarantee

If you would like to make payment over the phone, by bank transfer, by Paypal, by cheque or postal order please just give us a call and we will get that arranged for you.

VAT
All prices quoted by Session Music are in pounds sterling and shall be inclusive of Value Added Tax at the applicable rate where applicable, our VAT reg number is 317 9578 19

Complaints
We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to complain about any matter please email Ian / Steven Oates at karaoke@sessionmusic.co.uk. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive an acknowledgement within five working days whilst we work to resolve your complaint.

Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and by using this website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
