Delivery & Returns

All deliveries are on a working day basis. If you need a Saturday delivery please contact us for more info.


Not all products listed are on site at our premises in Guildford or Camberley and may have to be ordered in or sent directly. If you need a product urgently or would like to view the item in our demo room please contact us to confirm before visiting us or placing an order to save disappointment.

Selectatrack Players and Laptops
These products are built bespoke for each customer and will need an extra 3 to 4 working days for build time before dispatch.

Karaoke Discs & Light Items - UK
All orders placed for karaoke discs, whether on the phone or placed on-line are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class Post. This is a very quick service and usually takes 24-48 hours to be delivered (if in stock); a signature will sometimes be required upon delivery. Please note Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within 48 hours, so please allow at least 10 working days before contacting us.

If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order and would have to be ordered in from our suppliers, which can occasionally take up to several weeks to arrive. On rare occasions an item may no longer be available, and the order will have to be cancelled. For this we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Due to copyright policies no CD / CDG / DVD or download can be refunded unless faulty.


High Value Items
Any orders of high value will only be sent to the billing address if details pass security checks. If you need the item sent to somewhere other than the billing address we can take payment via direct bank transfer. Please contact us beforehand if you have any questions on your purchase.

International orders for discs only are subject to a minimum £5 delivery charge and timescales really depend on the destination, but orders going to Europe generally take around 1 week & orders going to the USA between 1-2 weeks.

Equipment & Large Items - UK
All equipment & disc orders that are either too heavy or too higher value to send with Royal Mail, we will send with our dedicated couriers. This is normally a next day service so if your item is in stock you can expect to receive it in 1-2 working days.

All international orders for equipment are subject to an additional delivery charge. The cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination it is going to, please add your items to the shopping basket & select your country of delivery for a price. If your country is not listed please contact us for a shipping quote

Due to the new courier charge changes, larger items now incur extra charges to parts of the UK, including Scottish highlands, all of Ireland and all off shore UK and Channel Islands. During the process of updating our website there may be some postage differences that the website does not account for, please contact us before making a purchase if you are unsure

Returns / Refunds
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. When in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods in resell-able condition, incomplete or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. If you wsh to cancel your purchase after the 14 days please contact us.

When ordering Karaoke discs please be aware that these are designed for Karaoke and not as backing tracks. All tracks are a professional remake of the original, and a lot of songs contain backing vocals. When ordering Karaoke discs, we only allow them to be returned for a refund if they are faulty. Not being happy with the quality or version of the track is not a suitable reason for a return and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All software including Karaoke and DJ music / music video discs can only be returned if faulty due to anti piracy protection policies, if there is a problem with an order for software please contact us and we will en devour to address your concerns, please note faulty discs can only be exchanged for a direct replacement of the original.
